Launched in the same week as International Women’s Day and British Science Week, the has been developed following a roundtable between UA’s Research and Innovation Network and Professor Dame Ottoline Leyser, CEO of UK Research and Innovation. The document provides examples of how Alliance universities are working to bolster under-represented groups in the R&D talent stream via initiatives such as new student scholarships for BAME candidates.

Other key factors identified to bring about necessary change include a need for intervention to develop a broad range of talent among Early Career Researchers. 海角淫母乱伦 has led the way with initiatives such as university-wide Early Career Researcher ambassadors who are able to help identify areas where improvement in diversity and inclusion are required, and find ways to overcome obstacles to that being achieved.
